In order to provide each client with the attention and results they and their prep deserve, we do put a strict cap on how many clients we work with at a time.  We also have a 16 week minimum we require to peak any client properly, so please schedule accordingly.  Do not wait until right before you'd like to start to contact us.  Many athletes will contact us as early as the Fall before the Spring they'll be working with us. Also please note, the process of starting a new client is not something we can do overnight.  There are many pieces of information we need from you beforehand, as well as time to put together your initial start-up informtation.  If you know you would like to work with us please email us early on so we can reserve a spot for you, and be prepared to start you with enough time. During the busier times of the year we typically need 2-4 weeks lead time before starting a new client.

Before we can lay out a plan for you we will need to know certain information about your diet, training, past shows and future plans.  Please either fill out the form below, or email us and request a copy to be  emailed to you. After filling out the form, please immediately email us 3-5 current pictures of yourself.  Pictures must be full body including legs from front and back. We must have these as well as your answers to the questions below before we can schedule a consultation or start forming a plan for you. Please read all questions carefully and answer every one. Please also read the notes below before sending this to us.
